What We Do
What if every step of tea making could be entered and felt?

Real Leaf Cloud-Mist Tea Realm transforms the brand's proud cloud-mist tea-making method into a theatrical immersive journey that visitors can experience. From the fresh atmosphere of a highland tea garden and the tactile feeling of tea picking to the layered changes of the cloud-mist process, light, shadow, scent, wind, and interactive technology come together to unfold the entire tea-making journey within the space.

Audiences are no longer only observers. Through digital interaction, they personally pick tea leaves, take part in grinding, and feel the cloud-mist method, moving step by step through each stage of tea making through the five senses. Abstract layers of flavor are transformed into a real experience that can be sensed and remembered.
Turning Tea-Making Craft into an Experience Visitors Can Enter and Feel
As the brand's most representative tea-making technique, the Real Leaf Cloud-Mist Method has long carried Real Leaf's pursuit of refined flavor layers. To let this delicacy exist beyond the product itself, the brand's latest TV commercial visualized Real Leaf's delicate tea sensation through layered green gauze curtains.

Yet a single screen still could not fully communicate the feeling of this craft. Real Leaf therefore created Real Leaf Cloud-Mist Tea Realm, an immersive interactive exhibition that invited audiences not only to watch, but to step personally into the mist. Through an integrated five-sense experience, visitors could truly feel the subtle and extraordinary qualities behind the aroma, layers, and craft of Real Leaf tea.
Turning the Exhibition into a Highland Tea-Garden Theater
Unlike common exhibition formats that rely on separate interactive zones or display panels to communicate information, artgital redefined the overall spatial narrative as a theatrical experience in order to create a highland tea garden that lets visitors step away from the noise of the city.

From the landscape where Real Leaf tea is grown, to the tea-picking process, and then to the layered presentation of the cloud-mist method, the entire experience was performed through interwoven projection gauze and flexible LED screens, unfolding before visitors like a sequence of stage scenes. With a custom score created by a composer, emotion built gradually with the visuals. Surrounded by audiovisual immersion, audiences not only felt the scale of the scene, but also gained a detailed understanding of each stage in Real Leaf's tea-making craft.

To make the experience more than something to watch, artgital brought the feeling of a real tea garden into the space. Real tea trees were transplanted into the tea house, while aroma diffusers released the fresh scent of tea leaves. Smoke and airflow created the atmosphere of highland mist, and fans were synchronized with the visuals so visitors could physically feel the cool breeze passing through the tea garden. As the five senses continued to build, brand affinity deepened with the experience.

Technology-Driven Interactive Scenes, Becoming the Protagonist of the Theater
The venue's wraparound projection, with a resolution of 8,448 px x 1,776 px, provided a seamless viewing experience while also serving as an interactive medium. To extend the experience into participation, artgital invited every visitor to become the protagonist of the theater: a tea farmer. Using a mobile phone, visitors interacted with tea leaves scattered across the screen. By pointing their phones at the tea leaves on screen, web-based image recognition allowed them to pick the leaves into their device. No app download was required, allowing them to naturally enter the tea-making process.

When the experience moved into the cloud-mist method section, the interaction transformed as well. Through real-time sensing and cross-screen linkage, visitors used the three-axis accelerometer in their phones to simulate the motion of grinding tea leaves by shaking the device. At the same time, their movement disturbed the cloud-mist particles generated by TouchDesigner, creating synchronized changes across the venue visuals and connecting each person's action with the entire space.

Through the translation of technology, the delicate sensations that originally belonged to the tea-making process were brought back into the city. Each participant could personally walk through a complete and authentic Real Leaf tea-making journey.
From On-Site Queues to Social Spread
As Real Leaf's first offline immersive exhibition, the three-day activation attracted nearly 1,300 participants, showing strong attention and participation.

To make waiting part of the experience rather than only a queue, a simple warm-up interaction was also planned on site. Visitors could begin understanding the Real Leaf Cloud-Mist Method while waiting, continuing the rhythm of the experience and raising anticipation before entry.

During the activation, social sharing reached 1,145 posts. Large amounts of exhibition imagery continued to spread across platforms, allowing Real Leaf Cloud-Mist Tea Realm to move beyond the physical venue and continue building brand momentum through social conversation.
