What We Do
As a pioneer of Taiwan's digital financial transformation, Taiwan Clearing House joined the Taipei International Financial Expo independently for the first time. Facing a complex professional field, artgital used Secure Finance as the curatorial core and translated three major services into communication that felt approachable and easy to understand.
The spatial design used staggered structures to create visual layers, paired with dynamic lighting to express digital cash flow and build a bright, futuristic atmosphere. Digital motion interaction and infographic charts transformed Taiwan Clearing House's three core businesses into more intuitive sensory experiences. The exhibition broke away from the cold image of traditional finance and balanced a highly rational professional framework with warmer public communication.

Infographic Interactive Wall: Reframing Digital Finance
Infographics presented the three core services of eFCS mobile payment, ACH collection and payment service, and eDDA digital authentication, along with an introduction to the institution. A physical flip-panel interactive wall invited visitors to uncover the operating logic behind each digital cash flow with their own hands. The gesture also symbolized visitors and TCH working together to drive the transformation and innovation of digital finance across Taiwan.
Run Toward the Future: Smart Finance Parkour Challenge
Built around the idea of a financial life track, the on-site digital motion game invited visitors to shake their phones with energy. The system detected gyroscope values in real time and accurately translated swing frequency into the character's running speed, creating an intuitive and exciting racing experience.
The visual design rebuilt the cityscape in a 32-bit pixel style and used four occupational characters to reveal different people's daily financial routines. Familiar pop-up notifications were used to connect everyday cash flow expenses with the three smart financial service technologies, helping visitors intuitively understand how Taiwan Clearing House seamlessly connects the financial life we use every day.
