What We Do
Step onto the Energy Track and feel New Balance through motion.
At Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Xinyi Place A11 in Taipei, FuelCell Propel v4 Energy Track turned the shoe's energy and momentum into a motion-sensing running challenge. Visitors wore sensing devices and stepped in place to generate running power. The faster they moved, the more energy they created on screen.
During the race, players also shifted left and right to collect items or avoid obstacles. They could compete with friends and family on site or challenge the computer. Regardless of the result, the message remained the same: RUN YOUR WAY. As long as you take a step, you are a runner.
The activation ran from July 13 to July 23, 2023.
